Secret Ingredient: “Pesach”

“A view from above” – this is what was being projected on the big screen.
As Interim Rabbi at Congregation B’nai Shalom in Westborough, MA, I developed a very close relationship with our Rabbi Educator, Joe Eiduson.
We decided to re-create my successful “Iron Chef Rabbi” program at B’nai Shalom, with Joe as my Sous Chef.
I had congregants who were wonderful with “high-tech” and IT: they created a special set-up for us, with a recorder and screen. The cooking was recorded from ABOVE and showed simultaneously on a large screen right next to us. Everyone had a tremendous view of everything that was happening on the counter and stove top.
Again, another spectacular event that created community, brought people together and gave them something they could bring home as well.
